The Problem

MPI-SWS had groundbreaking research for combining satellite imagery with social media, weather, and infrastructure data—but no experience building production systems. The armasuisse contract demanded a fully functional platform for critical infrastructure monitoring, not a research prototype.

Our Approach

DAD AI architected SkyPulse as a modular ecosystem of specialized components, introduced a conversational AI interface for non-technical analysts, and created 'research contexts' for collaborative intelligence. We transformed the team's development practices from notebooks to production-grade workflows.

The Solution

A multi-modal satellite intelligence platform combining Sentinel imagery, social media streams, Swissgrid energy data, and weather feeds—with natural language querying, time-travel analysis, and AI-augmented insights for defense and infrastructure monitoring.
